- Full papers submitted to the conference should be written in English.
- Papers submitted to the conference will be published online in the cooperating journals after the final edition.
- After the paper is accepted, the author can make an oral / poster presentation at the conference, or attend the conference as a listener.

The international academic conferences will be held in Nanjing, China during Nov. 22-26, 2024. All submissions will be peer-reviewed, and reviewers will give review opinions based on the research purpose, originality and relevance to the conference theme of the article. After the paper is accepted, it will be published online in the following cooperative journals according to the theme.
